About Nottingham Equal

Nottingham Equal is an umbrella organisation that provides a range of services which includes advocacy on behalf of the visible and non-visible minority ethnic groups, facilitating cohesion and developing good relationships.

We work to widen participation and representation of Black Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) stakeholders in local decision-making processes. We have a network of community organisations representing African, Asian, Caribbean and Europe communities and have been the leading the Nottingham's New and Emerging Communities support in Nottingham since 2015.
