International Women’s Day helps to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements made by women all across the globe. Furthermore, it helps to address the gender inequality within and out of the workplace between women of any race, colour, and origin.
It also helps the next generation of women feel more empowered when women’s achievements are commemorated within the different fields of work.
So this year, Nottingham Equal’s theme was #BreakTheBias.
